A glass of warm water and a massage every morning

These days, I’m realizing that just applying products to the surface of the skin isn’t enough. As soon as I open my eyes in the morning, I wake up my body by drinking a glass of lukewarm water, and when I apply my basic skincare products, I gently massage the lymph nodes from behind my ears down to my neck.
I found that investing just five minutes like this quickly brightens my complexion and reduces swelling. In particular, I never skip the motion of sweeping upwards from bottom to top to prevent neck wrinkles. Isn't having a clear, radiant complexion the true definition of healthy skin, rather than just having a white face?
