The Parnell cushion is nice.

I have combination skin, so my cheeks are dry. I tried the Parnell cushion, and while it feels semi-matte when first applied, a glow comes through over time. I found it helpful to blot it with a tissue if it gets too shiny. Honestly, I wouldn't really recommend it for summer, but I really like the finish if applied thinly. Since I have oily skin, shine can easily make me look too greasy, but I like Parnell because the finish looks pretty when applied thinly. Best of all, it doesn't cake even when I reapply it for touch-ups.
