It is a formula with moist hydration and a subtle glow, created using a high-adhesion coverage technique.

They say it has completed clinical trials and is effective in improving frown lines and wrinkles around the eyes. I'm not sure about the effects yet.

I like the teardrop-shaped puff because it allows me to apply it thoroughly even to hard-to-reach corners.
