Do you apply something before the cushion?

I apply sunscreen first and then put the cushion on top.

Since the weather is getting hot now, it broke down quickly.

Since the cushion itself has a moisturizing texture, it seems to wear off quickly.

Matte skin doesn't suit me, and

My skin is dry, so it doesn't suit me and always feels cakey.

Are there any cushion foundations for dry skin that can be used in the summer?
