Clio Glow Cushion

I used Hera Black Cushion in the summer, and for someone with dry skin like me

It seemed a bit matte, so I switched to this one.

It's moisturizing and nice. Does it transfer a lot even with a light dab?

I'll have to be careful with the amount I use haha.
