No Brand Smart Cushion No. 21

I found this product by chance while browsing at a No Brand store. The exterior is pretty.
The price was so good that I bought it once.
The main product includes a refill as well.
I was tempted by the phrase "full of moisture and hydrating."
I feel like I'll have to reapply sunscreen, so hmm... the price is really good, but the usage is just... so-so. It does have some moisture, though. The coverage is average, and the staying power is average too. Since I've used it once, I think I'll try something different next time.
