This is the Pobyface Forever Velvet Cushion 01 Vanilla.

It isn't on the glowy side, but it isn't matte either. I have combination, sensitive skin, but it doesn't irritate me at all, and the finish is just perfect haha. It doesn't feel heavy or stuffy, and I don't get any breakouts even when wearing it for a long time, so I'm really enjoying using it.
