The Clio Magnet Pact is a newly released product that has been further upgraded with a unique magnet adhesion method, applying magnet adhesion technology to a balm-to-cream formula for the first time!! It features patented concealer adhesion technology for superior adherence, so it provides long-lasting coverage. It is a great pact to use when you want coverage that lasts even longer!
Plus, it contains ingredients that create volume and radiance, so it keeps your skin moisturized for a long time and is great for touch-ups♥
The fact that it comes in a total gold package makes it a total head-turner!
It’s a portable compact, so I usually do my makeup with it once, take it with me when I go out, and use only this compact for touch-ups even when I’m out.
After trying it out, I found that it provides good coverage while keeping the skin moisturized, so touch-ups are much easier and more convenient. I would like to recommend it as a great compact for touch-ups.
The C logo is embossed in the center of the cushion packaging, and while the overall design is simple, the gold color provides a striking accent.
When you open it, there is a black puff inside. You can think of it as a compact with a very stylish combination of gold and black.
I liked that I could comfortably slip my finger into the puff, and the outer surface was finished with soft leather.
I touched the surface, and it wasn't stiff; it was a puff with a soft, leather-like texture, so it was nice!
The puff is also very light and on the thinner side, so it seems like it would be possible to apply coverage by patting the powder onto the skin.
The inside is also black, and there are small holes slightly above the halfway point of the puff.
And the rest of the surfaces just had a soft texture!
The puff is generally soft and thin, but also slightly squishy, so I felt it allowed for more thorough, close-fitting coverage on the skin!
The color I used is No. 23 Natural Beige.
It is a calm, natural shade with a beige tint, so I thought it would suit me well even though my skin tone isn't very fair.
It looked like a really firm balm texture, but when you actually pick it up with a puff, it transfers so smoothly—it feels incredibly soft and moisturizing, if that makes sense? Haha, it's really fascinating!
I don't have to push hard to wipe it off; the balm texture naturally picks up just the right amount smoothly onto the puff.
So I thought, "Oh! This foundation seems like it would apply really well without drying out the skin," and it really was... haha.
Even among these balm-type compacts, I think the New Magnet Pact is the best when it comes to how smoothly it transfers and applies. Honestly.
The texture is really good, to the point where it feels like using a soft and moisturizing cream cushion, even though it looked like a firm balm.
It provides moist coverage with just a light patting, and the dewy glow doesn't fade easily even after some time has passed, so I think it would be good for skin types that are prone to dryness. I also have dehydrated dry skin, so I can't use just any powder foundation, but I really didn't feel any dryness with the Clio New Magnet Pact!
I tried covering a dark spot on the back of my hand, and with just one application, I dabbed it about three times and the trace almost completely disappeared lol.
This isn't just the coverage of a powder foundation... it's practically concealer-level coverage!!
It definitely provides good coverage with just a small amount. Also, it finishes without drying out, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin.
The coverage is so good that just a tiny amount on the puff is enough to cover imperfections on almost my entire face 😀 It adds moisture to the skin while providing coverage, so it doesn't feel heavy or stuffy, and I love that it covers easily and quickly!!
What I noticed while using this compact is that it adheres to the skin incredibly thinly and lightly lol. I'm not sure if it's because the puff and the compact formula match well, or if the formula itself adheres lightly... but seriously, out of all the compacts I've used, it adheres the lightest and thinnest, which is just so fascinating 👍🏻
So you can finish your base makeup quickly!!
I tried it out, and for areas with visible pores, if you apply it by gently rubbing with a puff and then lightly patting, it covers them well! Powder foundations usually tend to dry out after a while, so I often felt like they didn't cover pores very well, but I really liked this one because it felt moisturizing and covered smoothly.
