Romand Bare Water Cushion that creates hydrated skin

The cushion foundation I use is the Romand Bare Water Cushion in shade 01 Porcelain. Since I have dry skin and love a dewy, radiant finish, the Romand cushion gives a moist and beautiful finish. Although the coverage isn't top-notch, I actually like it even more because it looks natural without feeling thick or cakey!
