Romand Bare Water Cushion Review

The Romand Bare Water Cushion is a transparent glow texture cushion suitable for normal and dry skin types.

It features a transparent and clear formula with color that blends naturally with my skin, so it applies very thinly.

Thanks to the extreme hydration from its 70% essence content, even my dry skin didn't feel tight.

It gives a cooling sensation the moment you apply it to your face, so it is good for cooling down the heat, and it is fine to use even in the summer.

However, the coverage was weak, so it wasn't enough to cover my blemishes.

So, I use it over a cushion foundation for coverage or for touch-ups; it doesn't clump and brings out a glow, so I find it very useful for that purpose.
