Review of the moisturizing and high-coverage Etude Concealer

My skin is dehydrated oily with large pores and both freckles and blemishes.

Throughout my 20s and 30s, after getting married, getting pregnant, and giving birth, my skin tone gradually became yellowish and patchy.

However, as my skin type changed from oily to combination, and then to dehydrated oily skin, I also started changing the types of cosmetics I use. I now avoid products that feel dry and look for ones that spread well. That is how I started choosing concealers as well.

 

 

I've tried various types of concealer, but the one that finally suits my skin best is a moisturizing type.

The product I am currently using is 'Etude's Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro' because I like its moisturizing properties and coverage.

 

 

I use this product to cover blemishes by swiping it over with the wand-type tip. The moisturizing formula and flat, soft tip make it great for applying to wide blemishes spread across my cheekbones, just like mine, and it works well for covering spots as well. After applying it just once to cover the imperfections, my complexion seems to look neatly evened out.

 

 

 

Above all, I really like the feel of the concealer. The areas where the concealer is applied don't cake, dry out, or crack, so it doesn't feel uncomfortable or look unappealing. I usually use this concealer before foundation to even out blemishes. Because it provides thin coverage, the skin looks natural, as if it were my own skin after being prepped. I prefer comfortable, natural coverage over the intense coverage of pot-type concealers, so I use this product daily.
