I use makeup remover; do I need to use cleansing oil as well?

I'm using eye remover to take off my makeup.

Do I need to remove it with cleansing oil again?

It shouldn't matter if I'm using cleansing foam, right?

Or do I need to use remover, cleansing oil, and cleansing foam as well?

How can I reduce the irritation?
