Popular cleansing water

It is a water cleanser that does not require a separate rinse, and it is said to contain cucumber extract to help soothe and calm the skin. Although it claims that rinsing is not necessary, I still make sure to wash my face with water. On days when I wear makeup, I tend to wash with cleansing water first, and then wash again with a foaming cleanser. That way, I feel a bit refreshed.

However, on days when I don't wear makeup and just apply lotion as a basic base, I definitely liked the refreshing feeling of cleansing with just cleansing water.
