Non-irritating cleansing water

This is The Saem Healing Tea Garden Green Tea Cleansing Water, a cleansing water I bought with my own money. I have been using this product for years. I use the Lip & Eye Remover from the same line for very heavy point makeup, but I use this to remove base makeup or everyday makeup. It removes most things really well, so I use it all the time. My skin is on the sensitive side, but it isn't too irritating, which is great! If I use this for a second cleanse, there is no shine, so it is a product I use often.
