I remove all my makeup with cleansing water. It takes off even most waterproof products, so I barely use a separate eye makeup remover and just use this one product! It is gentle yet has great cleansing power, so I wash my face with cleansing water first and a foam cleanser for the second step. I have tried various things like cleansing oils and gels before, but this product is perfect for removing makeup healthily without damaging the skin barrier while being the most convenient! I used to use Bioderma, but The Saem's is so good value for money that I end up sticking with this one.
