Cleansing oil recommendations

I heard on Negotiation King that Manyo Factory is famous for removing blackheads during their sale, so I tried buying it.

It hasn't been long since I opened it, but maybe because the weather is getting warmer, my pores are open.

I couldn't really see the blackheads.

I get breakouts if I use the wrong cleansing oil, but this one is gentle so nothing pops up, which I like!

Does anyone know how to get blackheads out effectively with this oil? Please let me know! For reference, I rubbed it with the oil, then added a little water and rubbed again, but it doesn't feel like they are coming off as much as I expected.
