Cleansing water used as the first step when removing makeup!

If I don't wash my face thoroughly, acne pops up quickly, so

On days when I wear makeup, I make sure to do a first and second cleanse.

The cleansing oil definitely removes makeup, but I'm not sure if it leaves any residue.

I always end up getting breakouts.

So I soak a cotton pad with cleansing water, wipe my face with toner, and then wash my face again with cleansing foam.

There are occasionally water-based products that don't agree with me, like sticky or oily ones?

But I like this Bioderma one because it removes makeup gently and effectively without any of that.

You can soak a cotton pad with it or put it in a foaming dispenser to wash with the lather.
