I don't wear much foundation, but I always apply eyeliner.
These days, there are many strong waterproof eyeliners that are easy to cleanse
I need a product, and I think Neutrogena Cleansing Oil might be one of them.
First of all, I like that it doesn't sting my eyes much when I remove it.
It cleanly removes eyeliner, so it can be said to fulfill its role well.
It is also affordable, and if you wash your face again with cleansing foam after using the oil...
