I would like to introduce a decent, high-value cleansing water that I have been using for over three years. The Saem Cleansing Water is one of The Saem's famous items and has consistently been a popular product.
I don't wear a lot of makeup, but I tend to do a second cleanse because I need to remove even sunscreen thoroughly to avoid breakouts. I always use this The Saem cleansing water for my first cleanse.
The instructions say to remove it with a cotton pad, but since using cotton pads causes contact dermatitis, I use a foaming applicator I bought from Daiso to remove my makeup with the foam to minimize irritation. It's soft, so it doesn't cause any irritation!
