Even after trying cleansing water, oil, and balm

I end up coming back to cleansing water again lol. Even though I use a dedicated remover for lips and eyes, I find cleansing with water the most comfortable and works best for my face...! Of course, I have oily skin that requires washing my face a second or third time with cleansing foam... I always buy whatever oil or balm someone recommends lol. But the one I always end up using is cleansing water... I transfer it to a pump dispenser from Daiso, and I like that you can just grab a cotton pad and press down hard to soak it up. Especially in the summer, wiping it off quickly seems like the fastest and simplest method. My absolute favorite is the pink Bioderma one... I'm seriously on my way through dozens of bottles haha.
