Primera Perfect Oil to Foam Cleanser

This is an oil-to-foam product that is perfect for double cleansing.

As shown in the photo, the texture is an oil, but it turns into a foam when it comes into contact with water, creating lather so that there is no slippery residue after washing your face, and it cleanses thoroughly.

I only apply base and lip balm, and it comes off cleanly and completely.
