Cleansing Oil vs. Cleansing Foam When Removing Sunscreen

What do you use to remove sunscreen?
Foam? Water? Oil? Milk? Balm?
I saw on YouTube that people choose cleansers based on convenience rather than differences in ingredients or form. When I'm not tired, I use cleansing oil followed by cleansing foam. When I am tired, I use foam directly.
Still, I like using cleansing oil on most evenings because it keeps my skin moisturized. Renouvere's cleansing oil is good.
