I have some areas where my makeup doesn't come off easily, so I'm thinking of using an oil cleanser for the first step and then a foam cleanser. However, I want to try an oil cleanser that isn't too heavy. Please recommend a product that is good for a light and smooth first cleanse. I'd also like it to be good value for money. Besides oil cleansing, it would be great if you could share some tips on how to remove makeup as well.
