Cleansing water or cleansing lotion recommendations

I only just found out about double cleansing, so I'm surviving on oily cleansers made from samples lying around the house haha. I'm looking to buy a cleansing water or lotion, so I don't mind if it's expensive; please recommend something good for sensitive skin.
