Mild ingredient cleansing oil

I am using cleansing oil from Manyo Factory.

Are there any good products with milder ingredients?

I'm using the oil well, but sometimes granules get rubbed onto my face.

I'm also considering changing it..

What oil do you use with good ingredients?
