I recommend an Olive Young sale item. It is Bioderma Sensibio Cleansing Water. I have been using it for over 10 years. It helps without breakouts, even when wearing heavy makeup.

Since it is lightweight, most makeup is removed comfortably using just the first step of the water. It is gentle and non-irritating, reducing concerns about wrinkles around the eyes. I think I will probably keep using it.
