Soroshi EJ Soap

They say EJ soap produces long-lasting, rich lather without synthetic preservatives because it is made by strongly mechanically compressing a powder base containing natural ingredients and letting it air dry for 336 hours! Also, the subtle scent lingers, and I felt like it was a soap that makes you want to wash your face just for the pleasure of smelling it.

I liked that the soap has a very firm texture, so it didn't split in half or crumble when it came into contact with water. Rather than just rolling it to create lather, I found it best to fill my palm with water and rub the soap over it with a little pressure to make a rich, full lather.

With just a few rubs, you can instantly create such a rich and soft foam!

The lather is soft, but should I describe it as a somewhat elastic foam?

So, it was a soap that was really good for thoroughly cleansing every nook and cranny of the skin.

I thought it was a really light facial foam, but it's a soap that cleans more thoroughly than I expected, so I thought it would be fine to use this soap for a second cleanse or a quick wash.
