Dove soap good for strengthening the skin barrier

My skin is on the sensitive side, so when I use other cleansing products, my skin gets dry and I get a lot of breakouts! I happened to see a YouTube video saying that using Dove soap, which is a neutral soap, is good for skin types like mine, so I tried it and it suited me so well that I have been using it ever since!

It turns out that the stinging sensation and breakouts on my skin were due to a weakened skin barrier.

My skin recovered quickly after washing my face with Dove soap that doesn't damage the skin barrier.

For those with sensitive skin, I recommend Dove soap, which has a wonderful scent and is gentle!
