Bioderma Hydrabio Cleansing Water is a moisturizing cleansing water suitable for all skin types that thoroughly cleanses away skin impurities.
Hydrabio is said to provide moisture to the skin after cleansing, and it reportedly promotes circulation in dehydrated skin and strengthens its ability to retain moisture.

It is a water-based product, but it has such good cleansing power that there is no need for a separate second cleanse.

However, I also tend to do a light second cleanse.

Compared to other cleansers, it definitely seems to be the best in terms of gentleness.
