Is there a cleanser that washes away all the oil and leaves the skin feeling refreshing and squeaky clean?

I have been using the cleanser I used in the winter, but my skin type changes between winter and summer. Since I have dry skin in the winter, I used the Illiyoon cleanser pictured quite well. However, because the finish is far from refreshing, it doesn't seem suitable for use these days as my face starts producing excess oil. So, I am looking to buy a new foam cleanser suitable for oily skin for the summer. In the summer, my T-zone is not only shiny when I wake up, but I have such extreme oil that my eyes feel blurry and stinging from the grease. Please let me know if you know of a foam cleanser that washes away all the oil, leaving a refreshing and squeaky clean feeling. I will mainly be using it for my morning wash or as a second cleanse, so makeup removal power isn't a major concern; I just need it to wash away excess oil and sebum effectively.
