Hello! I have thin, sensitive skin that turns red easily. My face turns red quickly even if I wash it a little too roughly, and I tend to get breakouts when I use new cosmetics. Lately, however, my makeup keeps caking and I can see dead skin cells around my nose, so I am wondering if I should start exfoliating.
Is it okay for sensitive skin to exfoliate? I'm worried that products with granules, like scrubs, might be too irritating, and I'm hesitant about using peeling gels or toner pads because I'm afraid they might unnecessarily weaken my skin barrier.
