자주 안쓰고 가끔 씩 쓰면 오일폼 좋다고 들었어요.
In the past, I used oil to remove the first layer of makeup, and
I heard that washing my face with foam is the right way, so I've been doing that, but lately, when I look at videos on sites like Reels that keep trending, featuring pharmacists or skincare YouTubers...
I heard that using oil is bad for the skin.
I'm wondering what to do with the oil I've stockpiled.
I thought it might be okay if I washed off the oil thoroughly with water, and on days I wear sunscreen, I do a simple second cleanse with foam and rinse diligently. However, since the video keeps being shown to me, I feel like I might be gaslighted, and I get worried every time I use it. I feel like my skin has gotten thinner lately, and I wonder if it might be because of this cleansing method. I thought my skin had improved, but it turns out it had just gotten thinner.
I tend to prefer a soft, matte finish rather than a squeaky-clean one after washing my face, so I felt like oil suited me better than foam cleanser. However, is washing my face with oil really bad for the skin? Even for people who don't have acne-prone skin?
