I think it's good to pump it twice, rub it onto your face, and then wipe it off with a sponge. I bought it in early April and received it at the end of April (it took a few months before that too ㅠㅠ).

 

Actually, I think cleansing milk is better than cleansing oil for dry skin. Since I started using cleansing milk, my small bumps have really decreased a lot. My breakouts have also decreased, it's less irritating, and my skin feels smooth and shiny.
