Please recommend a cleansing cream.

I am almost out of Innisfree Green Barley Cleansing Cream. Last week, I tried the Bring Green Cleansing Gel.

My skin is very dry from the inside out. It feels so tight. Since I have oily skin, it doesn't cleanse well with water.

My skin keeps stretching out. Among the cleansing cream reviews, I think I saw three: The Face Shop Cleansing Cream, Neutrogena Cleansing Cream, and Apple Seed Cleansing Cream. Do you happen to have any other cleansing creams you would recommend? I am planning to buy one this time, so please give me some recommendations.
