Introducing this week's keyword, Gua Sha.

I bought a gua sha because my face was very swollen. Different shapes have different uses, but I don't really care about the specific one; I tend to just grab whichever one I can and press here and there. It feels refreshing, and the second gua sha is for the knots on the wavy side.

It feels like everything really loosens up when I rub my shoulders.
