I have tried various materials before, ranging from buffalo horn to wood, but the silver gua sha felt rougher than expected considering its high price. The organic gua sha, with its antibacterial properties, electrical conductivity, and lack of breakage concerns, proved to be superior in terms of both price and effectiveness. Although it is a bit of a hassle to clean thoroughly due to the distinctive metallic smell and the tendency for rust to form, I find myself using it reliably for the longest time. It is great because it can stimulate not only the scalp, ears, and face, but also the hands and feet.
