Introducing Collections Inez Gua Sha
It's silver, has a good grip, and looks pretty.
This is the usage guide.
It is designed with different shapes for each direction so that it can be used on various areas, such as shaping the face line, forehead, cheeks, décolleté, and trapezius muscles.
The grip feels good and the material seems nice.
It is a gua sha that can be used effectively on angled or curved areas, and it is neither too heavy nor too light.
After use, you can wash it hygienically or wipe it with alcohol.
Gua Sha is said to be a natural therapy that has been used to relieve blood stasis by scraping stagnant areas of the skin to stimulate the flow of acupoints and muscles.
After washing my face and doing my basic skincare routine, I applied oil and tried massaging.
Gently and slowly stimulate the area from the center of the face outwards, as if massaging.
I heard that massaging your face and neck for about 10 minutes before bed helps get rid of wrinkles and blemishes, and is also beneficial for your health, so I'm going to give it a try!
Massaging my cheeks, jawline, neck, and collarbone from various directions seems to be reducing swelling, loosening up my tense muscles, and making the pain disappear. It feels so refreshing!
You can just use a gua sha, but
If you use the gua sha after applying oil
Since it is said to increase skin hydration, reduce skin irritation, and improve lymphatic circulation to help alleviate jawline, nasolabial folds, wrinkles around the eyes, and body cellulite, I think I should use it consistently.
Also, I think it would be good to use Gua Sha massage to relieve muscle soreness when your muscles are stiff after a workout.
