I'm sick of the misconception that I gained weight because of my tendency to swell up every morning. Dietary habits and foods that are good for getting rid of swelling.

 

Just keep this in mind!

Dietary habits to effectively get rid of swelling

1. Always season food lightly.

2. As the proportion of carbohydrate intake increases

Since edema worsens, carbohydrate intake

Reduce.

3. Increase the proportion of protein intake. Protein

amino acids that have a diuretic effect

It has a supplementing effect.

4. Always have a light dinner. Especially every morning.

If you tend to swell, avoid late-night snacks.

5. Adequate fluid intake is essential, but late

Drinking a lot at night helps with swelling

It is not good.
