Massage techniques for slim leg lines
1. Using both hands, stroke upwards in the order of the soles of the feet, the inner shins, the sides of the knees, and the thighs.
2. Make a V shape with your thumb and the rest of your fingers, then use the indented part of the V to gently rub the inside of your leg from the ankle up to 15 cm above the knee about 6 times.
3. Grasp the skin on the inner thigh and release it with a sliding motion. Starting from above the knee and extending to the upper thigh, massage rhythmically 3 times.
4. Rub the outer side of the leg upwards with a little force using the second joint of a clenched fist. Massage 3 times, centering on the location of the side seam of the pants.
5. Massage three times in a large circle with your entire palm towards the thigh.
6. Clench your fist and massage by tapping your knee 5 times, from below the knee to every corner of the thigh.
