Even though I have oily skin, I found it helpful to use a product with some oiliness as the final step in winter! I tend to either use only an oil-based essence or apply a very thin layer of fast-absorbing cream or lotion over a light-textured base at the end.
1. The Face Shop Ultimate Vegan Mucin Peptide 8 Serum
This product is rich in oil and has excellent moisturizing properties, making it great for dry skin or for use during the winter. I received it as a sample to try, and it suited me well, so I have been using it every day. After using it for a few days, my skin feels firmer.
As you can see in the photo, the texture is thick and highly viscous, to the point where it stretches out. It has a very smooth application, so at first it felt like it was just sitting on the surface, but you can just pat it in to help with absorption. However, a slight stickiness might still remain. It felt a bit awkward since it was my first time using this type of formula, but itโs fine now that Iโve used it for a while. Still, I think it might be a matter of personal preference.
2. CNP Propolis Energy Ampoule Mist
Because it is a fine mist spray, it applies evenly to the entire face, and the spray power was really good. It feels like it settles perfectly on the face with excellent adherence. Unlike other mists where the moisture evaporates quickly like water, this product has great moisturizing power. It provides both hydration and nourishment, so the effects last a long time.
It absorbs quickly if you spray it and gently pat it in with your hands. I mainly use it before and after applying makeup. It's an item that effectively tackles inner dryness during the winter! It's also affordable, so it's great to spray frequently. The only downside is that the scent is a bit strong. I don't mind it being bad, but I think it might be a matter of personal preference.
