Watermelon, one of the first fruits and vegetables that comes to mind when thinking of summer, is composed of over 90% water, providing significant help in quenching thirst and moisturizing the skin. Furthermore, it contains a large amount of carbohydrates, mostly consisting of fructose and glucose, making it beneficial for relieving fatigue.

The citrulline component in watermelon reacts with enzymes in the body to improve arterial function and induce a blood pressure-lowering effect.

Watermelon has a cooling effect on the body, and beer also has a cooling effect on the stomach, so it is not good to consume the two together. People with a cold constitution or those prone to diarrhea should be careful not to overeat.

While water is good during the summer, it is also beneficial to consume vegetables rich in electrolytes and vitamins, such as cucumbers. Cucumbers have a high water content, so eating them provides an immediate replenishment when your body is dehydrated. They also have the effect of rapidly cooling the body, making them excellent for relieving heat exhaustion.

Peaches help replenish minerals after exercising and sweating profusely in the sweltering heat. They are particularly rich in free amino acids, with a high content of aspartic acid, making them effective for relieving fatigue. Rich in moisture and vitamins, they help restore elasticity to heat-tired skin and tighten pores.
