Vitamins prevent skin aging and help make the skin soft and radiant. Vitamin C, a representative example, is a nutrient that must be consumed regularly due to its powerful antioxidant properties. It also aids in blood circulation and contributes to a clear and healthy complexion; furthermore, its antioxidant action can significantly reduce pigmentation such as blemishes and freckles. A deficiency in Vitamin A leads to a loss of skin elasticity and makes the skin prone to roughness.

Collagen, which can be described as the pillar supporting the skin, is also a beneficial nutrient for the skin. It is the most essential element for maintaining elastic skin and preventing wrinkles, and while it must be absorbed through food, it is said that absorption usually does not occur well.
