How to prevent eye makeup from smudging

I was always worried because my eye makeup smudged too much due to the oiliness.

I've tried using eye primer and various other methods, but my eye makeup always smudged.

The staying power was the best after using this method.

1. Apply foundation (only a very small amount around the eyes..)
2. Sweep powder over your entire eyebrows.
3. Draw the mucous membrane with a pencil, then draw the overall line with a brush pen liner.
4. Apply a dark eyeshadow over it.

This method worked best for me :)
