Skin vs. Toner

Skin toner focuses on moisturizing and is used to regulate the skin's oil-water balance.

Because it contains both oil and moisture, it has viscosity, giving it a firmer feel than a toner.

Toner is primarily used to wipe away impurities left on the skin and to cleanse it!

It is usually a clean, clear, and lightweight type that flows like water with almost no viscosity, and is often used by soaking it in a cotton pad.
