Tips for looking beautiful on your day

You know that time of the month, also known as the "magical period"? I'll give you some tips on how to look beautiful on that day.

 

1. Lowering skin temperature

On that day, your skin tends to feel hot and frequently rises in temperature. Therefore, it is important to cool down the temperature of your hot skin. To lower the heat on your skin, it is recommended to wash your face with medium-temperature water first, and then finish with a second wash using cold water.

 

2. Managing Pimples

During your period, pimples often appear on your face, such as around the mouth, chin, and cheeks. If you keep touching or squeezing these pimples, they can spread further, so you should avoid touching them as much as possible and refrain from squeezing them.

 

3. Exfoliating

Metabolism does not function smoothly during menstruation. As a result, more dead skin cells accumulate than usual. When the dead skin cells thicken, makeup does not apply well, and basic skincare products like toners and lotions do not absorb properly, inevitably leading to dry skin. Therefore, it is recommended to remove them by gently rubbing them to minimize irritation.

 

4. Stay well hydrated!!

It is good to consume plenty of fluids, at least 2 liters a day, during your period. However, since cold water is not recommended during this time, it is best to drink lukewarm or warm water. It is also helpful to carry a portable mist spray and use it frequently.

 

5. Reducing body swelling

It is recommended to quickly flush out toxins and reduce swelling through half-body baths and stretching. Since the body tends to swell and feel heavy easily during menstruation, taking care of your body to reduce swelling will make you feel lighter and more beautiful, right?
