I saw a post saying that scalp heat can cause hair loss, so I even bought a hair spray that claims to cool down the scalp, but the effect was only temporary.
I usually wear a hat when I go out, but I get a bit worried if I'm in a situation where I can't wear one.
I'm worried because I've heard that once hair loss starts, it can't be stopped.
Has anyone else had the same concerns as me?
