I saw what people in their 50s say about the benefits of starting to take care of your skin in your 20s and 30s, so I wanted to share it with you.

Even those who don't wear makeup need to take care of their skin for the future, right? I'm writing this post because I think it might be helpful.

They say that when you look back later, the winner isn't the person who knows how to dress up nicely, but the person with good skin who takes consistent care of it. Wouldn't it be even better to start doing this when you're as young as possible?

The first step is pore cleansing and exfoliation. You need to remove sebum, impurities, and dead skin cells. They say that removing them while the pores are open prevents irritation.

Secondly, when choosing a moisturizer, you should select one with a high oil content. As you get older, tightness deep within the skin can become more severe. They say skin aging begins gradually after the age of 25. It’s such a sad fact. If you don't have a moisturizer, you can substitute it with face oil.

You shouldn't neglect oily skin either!

The third item is sunscreen. Wrinkles, freckles, blemishes, and pigmentation are closely linked to UV rays, so it is best to apply it thoroughly, generously, and frequently. Even if you have healthy, blemish-free skin, you might suddenly experience changes if you do not apply sunscreen diligently.

The fourth item is eye cream. Eye creams come in various forms these days, but they say the eye serum type is the most convenient to use. If you don't start taking care of your skin from a young age, you might regret it later.

The fifth point is skin elasticity. They say skin elasticity changes between the early to mid-20s and the late 20s. You can take care of your face by using moisturizers or a gua sha tool to relax your facial muscles.

The sixth step is cleansing. Double cleansing is essential because cosmetics are usually oil-based, so you need to remove them with oil. Even if you have oily skin, you must remove them with an oil or balm!

Finally, there are neck and hand wrinkles. You need to manage them by using a low pillow and applying cream thoroughly. While you can get treatments for your skin, it is difficult to avoid neck and hand wrinkles. Nowadays, skin can be improved in various ways, so there is even a saying that you can tell a person's age by their hands. They say that having no neck wrinkles as you age actually makes you look more sophisticated. Applying hand cream prevents your hands from aging. Wearing rubber gloves when washing dishes to keep detergent out of reach of your hands is also a good method, isn't it?

Try to pay attention starting now!
