Habits for wrinkle care

1. Sleep in the correct posture
If you sleep on your side or stomach, your face is pressed against the skin for a long time while wrinkles form, and those sleep lines become permanent creases. Therefore, you should develop the habit of sleeping on your back in the correct position.

2. Eat lots of salmon
Salmon contains a large amount of Omega-3, an essential fatty acid, which nourishes the skin and is also good for wrinkle management.

3. Open your eyes wide
The habit of squinting or narrowing your eyes causes wrinkles to form on your forehead and around your eyes. Wear glasses if you cannot see well, and wear sunglasses if the light is blinding outdoors.

4. Applying alpha hydroxy acid
Natural fruit acids remove dead skin cells and help prevent fine wrinkles, especially around the eyes.

5. Drinking Cocoa
Cocoa contains ingredients that protect the skin from sunlight and improve skin cell circulation, making the skin look softer.

6. Do not wash too often
Wetting your skin too frequently strips it of oil and moisture, which destroys the natural barrier that prevents wrinkles. It is recommended to use a cleanser that protects the skin when washing your face.

7. Take Vitamin C
Vitamin C promotes collagen production and prevents skin aging.

8. Eat lots of beans
Soybeans are a food that helps with wrinkle management by preventing photoaging of the skin and strengthening the skin's structure.
