1. Forehead area
Please place your palm on your forehead in a place where you can relax comfortably.
Then, pull the skin from the center outwards.
- Take a 10-second break, then repeat about 10 to 15 times.
The key to forehead exercises is to tighten the skin to prevent wrinkles.
2. Eye area
- Position your fingers so that two fingers are on your eyebrows.
- Fix your fingers on the skin and raise and lower your eyebrows.
Conversely, place your finger on the skin under your eye and repeat the same process.
- Repeat both 10 times for 3 sets each.
Strengthening the skin muscles in this way helps prevent wrinkles around the eyes.
3. Cheek
- Gently pinch both cheeks.
In this position, slowly gather your fingers and stroke the cheek as if massaging.
- Gently pinch the skin near the cheeks in the same way, then massage it.
- Gently stroke to avoid pain and repeat about 10 times.
Since the cheeks are one of the skin areas prone to sagging, exercises that improve elasticity are very helpful.
4. Eyelids
Sit down and close your eyes.
- Gently press the area under your eyes with your finger.
Close your eyes and open them gently; when opening your eyes, lift them up to the ceiling to maximize the movement of your eyelids.
- Slowly close your eyes again and repeat 3 times.
These exercises not only strengthen the muscles of the eyelids but also help relieve eye fatigue.
5. Mouth
- Smiles broadly.
At this point, gently press your cheek with your palm and pull it toward your ear to stretch the muscles around your lips.
After returning the muscles to their original position, gently massage the muscles around the mouth.
- Repeat 10 times.
Since the skin around the mouth is used in various situations, it is good to take extra care of it.
6. Jaw and neck
- Stand or sit with your back straight.
- Tilt your head back. Be careful not to arch your lower back, and tilt your neck back completely.
- Tilt your head back and push your lower jaw forward to relax your jaw and neck muscles.
- Repeat 5 times, rest, and repeat 5 times. This exercise strengthens surrounding muscles, which can not only prevent wrinkles but also help prevent forward head posture.
