I also try to drink at least six glasses a day. Since it's summer, lukewarm water doesn't go down well, so I drink cold water instead. Drinking water frequently has a weight loss effect, and somehow, I feel like my body is lighter. Honestly, people say to drink 2 or 3 liters, but that's not easy. So, I just try to drink over 1 liter.
I'm drinking with the mindset of having two cups in the morning, two at lunchtime, and two around evening.
I have a glass before meals.
Are you all staying hydrated? It's relatively easy in the summer, but I find winter difficult.
